What are the shipping time-frames?

All orders will be shipped out during weekdays (Monday to Friday) only.

Depending on the region and countries you are in, the shortest will be in 2 days and longest will be in 10 days after you have received the shipped-out notice/email.

How to track my orders?

All our deliveries come with a unique tracking number and you can track your orders through the tracking number provided in the email.


Can I combine multiple orders?

Unfortunately, at this moment we do not offer such services as combining of orders.


Can I ship my orders to multiple locations?

We are not able to split your order and ship into different locations. If you wish to ship items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.


Can I change my address after placing my orders?

Currently, we are unable to change address once you have made the payment and the order is being processed.


What if I am not available at the time of delivery, will I get charged for re-delivery?

If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will be in touch with you to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. However, if our partners are not able to reach you after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to VIRVICI warehouse. Why is my country not listed in the drop-down list?

We apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience caused as we ARE NOT able to ship to some of the countries yet. We will work hard to expand to your country and look forward to serve you in the future.


Do I have to pay customs fees?

All shipping charges that was shown and charged are not inclusive of custom fees (duties, taxes and etc) of your own country. Custom fees may be charged upon delivery or entrance into your country in order to acquire your order.


We are unable to mark as “gifts” or any other remarks to avoid custom fees of your own country.


We are unable to issue any refunds for the product(s) costs, shipping charges or the custom fees should you be in the situation of refusing to pay for the custom fees of your own country. 


In VIRVICI, we do not have an estimate of your country custom fees. Should you want to know more, please contact your country or local custom office for more information.


Why can’t I fill in my address in other languages?

We regret to tell you that our system only allows English address input. Any other languages input will be disregarded or causes an error. Please kindly check your address when you place an order.
