Shipping and Returns
All international orders will be by DHL or JNT or Aramex.
Singapore orders will be either by JNT or Ninja Van or Singpost.
Indonesia orders will be JNE or LTH.
WHEN WILL ORDERS BE SHIPPED OUT?
All orders will be shipped out during weekdays (Monday to Friday) only.
Some items may not be able to ship to certain countries.
WHEN WILL I GET MY STUFF?
Depending on the region and countries you are in, the shortest will be in 2 days and longest will be in 14 days after you have received the shipped out notice/email. For PRE-ORDER items it may get up to 120 days to reach you if the pre-order period takes longer.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDERS?
Yes! You will be able to track your orders through the tracking number provided in the email.
CAN I COMBINE MY MULTIPLE ORDERS?
Unfortunately, at this moment we do not offer such service as combining of orders.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?
We aren’t able to split your order and ship into different locations.
If you wish to ship items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING ORDER?
Currently, we are unable to change address once you have made the payment and the order is being processed.
MY COUNTRIES AREN’T LISTED
We apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience caused. We aren’t able to ship to all the countries on Earth due to many uncontrollable reasons. We appreciate your interest in VIRVICI.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
All shipping charges that was shown and charged are not inclusive of customs fees (duties, taxes and etc) of your own country. Custom fees may be charged upon delivery or entrance into your country in order to acquire your order.
We are unable to mark as “gifts” or any other remarks to avoid custom fees of your own country.
We are unable to issue any refunds for the product(s) costs, shipping charges or the custom fees should you be in the situation of refusing to pay for the custom fees of your own country.
In VIRVICI, we have no ways to estimate your country custom fees. Should you want to know more, please contact your country or local custom office for more information.
WHY CAN’T I FILL IN MY ADDRESS IN OTHER LANGUAGES?
We are regret to tell you that, our system only allows English address input. Any other languages input will be disregarded or caused an error. Please kindly check your address when you place an order.
ALL customers who wish to return any purchased product(s), please kindly fill in the contact form here. Customers are to fill in the order number, order date and the product(s) that they wish to exchange.Customers are only allowed to make exchanges and file for returns, within the 7 days of receiving the product(s).
Please take note that all RETURN shipping costs are paid by the customer who wish to return the products and we are unable to refund the original order shipping charges since the delivery has been made.

ALL returning item(s) are to be in its ORIGINAL conditions to qualify for returns and refunds. If you have received any wrong, damaged, expired or faulty product(s), please do not opened the product(s). Once the product(s) is opened or used, customer(s) is unable to ask for returns or refunds.
All returns and refunds reasons are at our own discretion.
If you believe that your product(s) ordered are faulty or damaged or you wish to return them for other reasons, please kindly contact us through the contact form as soon as possible. Our customer service officers may ask for pictures and details from you. You could also provide us with as much pictures and details of the product(s) you would like to return to us right from the beginning.
Faulty or damaged products will be closely examined by our product team and we will contact you within 48 hours of receipt of products for a resolution. If the product is deemed faulty or damaged, VIRVICI will provide a full refund of the mentioned product except for the shipping charges.
Our returns policy only covers product(s) purchase from VIRVICI website (www.virvici.asia). We do not accept any request for refunds or returns for product(s) that has been used or purchase from other platforms, websites or shops. Customers are to provide order number and order date for verification. Our customer service officers might ask for more verification in order to confirm the product originality.
If refunds are granted, we will make the refund for the price you have paid for the product(s) exclude delivery charge within 30 days of your original notification that you would like to return the goods. Refunds will be made to your PayPal account or the original debit/credit card used for your order.
Please take note that we will not accept goods that we reasonably believe have been opened or used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be given and we will not be responsible for arranging the redelivery.
